Psychotherapy for whom?

There is one saying:

“All people are somehow crazy but the much bigger part has just not discovered yet.”

Does that mean that people who are going to psychotherapy are crazy? No, because with choosing psychotherapy you already made a big step in personal developing and improving skills to cope with challenges. Those situations and challenges could be related to various reasons like depression, burn-out, unhappy and dysfuctional relationships and many more.

To deal with these possible reasons and to work together on solutions is one goal of psychotherapy. My education in psychotherapy is called Systemic Family Therapy and I want to explain the most important features of this approach.
