MORE SPECIFIC INFORMATION AND PRACTICALITIES

Is psychotherapy successful?

Best results are achieved if all family members participate in therapy, either in person or at least in talks about them in our sessions.
Individual psychotherapy results in the change of behaviour and perception and that will lead to a change throughout the whole system.
Psychotherapy is less successful if it is stopped too early or interrupted permanently – all this must be seen as a process in which you and me are partners. Both of us assume our responsibility to advance the therapeutic process successfully and to produce lasting and desirable results.
Psychotherapy is, to put it simply, a treatment by conversation. It is an experience-based, systematic method of helping one person то another person through psychological means, with the aim of making that other person feel better, relieve themselves of distractions, function more successfully in life, improve their mental health, to relieve themselves of their psychological problems.
Therefore, psychotherapy has a positive impact on the mental health of another person Psychotherapy relies on scientifically proven knowledge, but it inevitably depends on the personality of the therapist abilities, sense for human problems and intuition. That's why psychotherapy is between science and art.
It is a specialty craft that requires the specific knowledge and personal skills of a psychotherapist. Many research and scientific studies in neurobiology confirm the success of psychotherapy.
